Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Over 2 years of experience in supply chain, business operations, technical support, or engineering roles
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred: 3+ years in a customer support engineering role for airline customers or suppliers
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in maintaining aircraft or aircraft components
Responsibilities
- Review and assess supplier repair and maintenance documentation for technical accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Utilize engineering judgment to evaluate the clarity and performance of maintenance documentation
- Identify and log technical discrepancies and collaborate with suppliers for timely resolutions
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and airline stakeholders on requirements and action plans
- Support initiatives for continuous improvement in supplier data review and approval processes
- Keep thorough records of evaluations and decisions for compliance and traceability
- Occasionally travel for training, technical discussions, or collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Operate under general supervision
