Requirements
Must:
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in structural design, analysis, and/or testing
- Proficiency with CATIA, SolidWorks, or a comparable CAD program
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, procedures, and equipment/software to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Design, develop, and integrate test systems to facilitate testing activities
- Create test hardware to fulfill comprehensive test requirements across various scenarios
- Review and validate test data for accuracy and quality prior to delivery to stakeholders
- Prepare and publish detailed reports summarizing test findings
- Explore test technologies to enhance testing efficiency and capabilities
- Manage multiple projects while collaborating with teams, management, and technical staff to implement effective engineering solutions
- Demonstrate self-motivation and urgency, taking ownership of projects for successful outcomes
