Requirements
Must:
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher
- Experience using Cameo System Modeler or similar Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) software
- Proficiency in .Net Framework and SysML (or extensive Unified Modeling Language)
- Experience in managing DoD contract requirements
- Expertise in all aspects of designing and implementing system architecture, requirements, software, and software testing
- Experience handling documentation products for developers and stakeholders regarding requirements and systems of systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with software design and development tools such as Subversion, Azure DevOps, Git (preferred)
- Experience with Navigation Modeling and Flight Simulation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques using Cameo System Modeler
- Manage requirements tracking and verification for Tomahawk Mission Planning (TMP) systems change requests (CRs)
- Utilize an interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify balanced system solutions
- Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements
- Integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces
- Develop and maintain system engineering models, documentation, and communicate modifications to stakeholders
- Create and document architectures, requirements, interfaces, designs, and algorithms for TMP systems
- Collaborate with the software development team to exchange expertise and knowledge
- Drive the development of TMP software architecture, design, and documentation of components, tools, and metrics
- Maintain accountability and accuracy in delivering software requirement plans and technical solutions
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members in implementing TMP and industry-standard software processes
