Requirements
Must:
- At least one year of experience in a leadership position (team lead, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal managerial experience) or completion of Boeings internal Exploring Leadership course
- Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance, requiring US Citizenship
- Minimum of 3 years leading or managing software engineering projects
- Over 5 years of experience with the software development life cycle
- At least 2 years of experience in the aerospace, defense, or a similar high-tech sector
Responsibilities
- Oversee employees engaged in engineering and technical activities related to simulation framework deployments
- Create and implement project and process plans, enforce policies and set operational objectives to help Boeing meet its goals
- Cultivate and maintain connections with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and team members
- Supervise and authorize technical strategies, products, and processes, while identifying areas for enhancement
- Support, develop, and inspire team members
