Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline - Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience - At least 3 years of experience with Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe) or general Agile methodologies - Minimum of 3 years of software development experience using Java, C++, or Python - 5 or more years of relevant work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience - 5 years in a technical leadership role is a plus - Experience managing DoD contract requirements preferred - Familiarity with software architecture and development processes is advantageous - Experience in formal Agile leadership roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.) is desirable

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel while fostering strong relationships - Exhibit a deep understanding of the overall system and the interconnectedness of various positions and activities - Evaluate the ramifications of changes in one area on others, applying system thinking principles to boost overall performance - Conduct software system-level analyses to pinpoint risks, issues, and opportunities, integrating mitigation strategies throughout the software lifecycle - Oversee and review testing completion, verification processes, and resolution of software issues - Create user documentation and training materials to inform end users on software product functionalities - Assess product and process alignment with project plans and industry standards by monitoring team and supplier performance - Implement current and upcoming technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes related to software development - Perform project management and supplier management activities related to software
