Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
- Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or Computer Engineering,
- 10 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, C#, and embedded software
- Experience with real-time Operating Systems (RTOS)
- Familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methodologies
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Assembly language experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of software system architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs
- Develop and maintain code while integrating software components into a cohesive system
- Assist in developing testing procedures and documenting outcomes to verify software requirements
- Aid in software project and supplier management functions
- Select, customize, and implement processes and tools; set operational metrics
- Conduct software research and comparative studies
- Diagnose and resolve software issues
- Operate under general supervision
