Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- Ability to acquire a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
- Over 3 years of experience in project management
- More than 3 years of experience with the Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience in software development utilizing Java, C++, or Python
Responsibilities
- Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members while fostering good relationships within a cross-functional Agile framework
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the overall system and how different positions and activities interconnect; evaluate the effects of changes across areas, anticipate future developments, and apply systems thinking to enhance performance
- Conduct software system-level analyses to discover risks, issues, and opportunities; integrate and implement mitigation strategies throughout the software lifecycle
- Oversee and assess test completion, verification processes, and the resolution of software system issues
- Create user documentation and training materials to instruct end-users on software product usage
- Evaluate product and process alignment with project plans and industry standards by monitoring internal team and supplier performance
- Adopt current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes relevant to software development
- Handle software project management and oversee software supplier management tasks
