Responsibilities

- Assist in deploying and configuring software development technologies and tools, including build servers, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks - Help manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, as well as on-premises setups - Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible scripts, and other automation to streamline infrastructure administration and software deployment - Support the setup of development and production environments and the deployment of application devices - Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for provisioning, platform scaling, configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting - Provide information to delivery teams to help establish and achieve service level indicators, objectives, agreements, key performance indicators, and error budgets - Manage software development tool administration, maintenance, version upgrades, patch management, and tool integration (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Artifactory) - Assist in creating and implementing process improvement solutions - Continuously seek solutions to enhance the quality and frequency of end-to-end system software deployments - Implement automation frameworks and tools to enhance development workflows and deployment efficiency - Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor system performance and operational efficiency - Actively maintain cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures on AWS - Establish development and production environments and oversee application device deployments - Mentor and guide junior teammates and development teams on DevSecOps best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
