Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
- At least 3 years in Software and Test Development lifecycle
- Over 3 years working with Python, ML Ops, and Data Ops frameworks
- More than 3 years experience in Agile Teams and Agile Software Development
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant work experience or 9+ years with a Bachelors Degree
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with advanced AI and ML models
- Preferred: Familiarity with end-to-end ML workflows
- Preferred: Experience developing embedded real-time software
- Preferred: Highest level of U.S. security clearance within the past 24 months
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team and communicate across diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance software testing tools for Open Mission Systems (OMS) architecture
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and Computer Vision algorithms for automated testing of avionics displays
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for testing tools development
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and uncover insights
- Create and implement innovative avionics software testing frameworks and tools, maintaining technical excellence
- Conduct Safety Risk Management processes for software models in line with organizational standards
- Research and apply current and emerging AI/ML and CV technologies to engineering practices
