Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in programming with C++ or Java
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with agile teams and in agile software development
- 2+ years of experience utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start) and Special Access Programs
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software throughout its complete lifecycle, adhering to industry and safety standards
- Review, analyze, and convert customer requirements into initial software product designs
- Create, maintain, enhance, and optimize software functionalities for system integrations
- Develop, document, and support architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software products
- Debug and resolve identified issues to ensure software reliability and efficiency
- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical challenges, and analyze user feedback
- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulations relevant to software development
- Establish, monitor, and improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks
- Execute and document software research and development projects
- Provide advice on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations
- Manage software projects and oversee software supplier functions
- Monitor and assess software team and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
