Senior Systems Engineer - Spacecraft

- Provide leadership in systems engineering for various programs - Offer mentorship to junior systems engineers and subsystem personnel - Collaborate with program and financial leaders for successful program execution - Employ a multidisciplinary approach to develop, plan, and verify solutions for space systems - Gain a comprehensive understanding of spacecraft subsystem functions and interfaces, developing integrated design solutions - Oversee all aspects of spacecraft systems engineering, including concept development, trade studies, CONOPS definition, requirements decomposition, and verification - Communicate and coordinate with subsystem engineering teams to ensure effective system execution - Develop and manage requirements management processes, including risk and opportunity assessments - Utilize model-based systems engineering techniques to define spacecraft systems - Participate in software integration and testing activities to ensure mission readiness - Ensure high-quality operational products through collaboration with management and peers - Analyze technical data and sustain specific systems configurations according to requirements - Conduct various analyses to optimize spacecraft systems or architectures - Resolve multidisciplinary technical issues - Continually improve systems engineering processes
