Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Ability to secure a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Over 10 years of experience in software product development, integration, and delivery
- At least 5 years of experience in establishing principles, reference architectures, roadmaps, design guidelines, or best practices within Enterprise Architecture or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing metrics to drive data-driven decisions

Responsibilities
- Direct product strategy across a suite of capabilities, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Define and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for analytics and offboard system health capabilities
- Convert stakeholder needs into concise product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, UX/design, data teams, and QA to deliver iterative releases that meet performance and reliability standards
- Lead customer and stakeholder engagement activities to validate product-market fit
- Organize cross-functional planning, coordinate sprint prioritization, and eliminate roadblocks
- Define and analyze product outcomes through KPIs and analytics to guide roadmap decisions
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation including PRDs and product roadmaps
- Assist in commercialization and rollout planning, including the creation of training materials
- Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring usability and accessibility in collaboration with UX
- Mentor peers and junior product team members, fostering best practices in product management
- Ensure adherence to program and regulatory processes, focusing on compliance-centric environment
