Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree, 7 years with a masters degree, or 4 years with a PhD
- Active Secret Clearance preferred, with past clearance within 24 months considered active
- 5+ years of experience in Mission Systems on military aircraft is desirable
- Proficiency in Systems architecture and generation of requirements at System and Subsystem levels
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Strong skills in collaboration and coordination
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to plan and execute hardware-software integration tasks in a dynamic, agile setting
- Create, document, and manage electronic and electrical system requirements aligned with customer expectations and contractual obligations
- Analyze and convert requirements into system architecture, hardware, software designs, and interface specifications, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for the systems in development
- Conduct testing and validation of systems to confirm designs meet operational and functional standards
- Address product integration challenges and resolve production discrepancies
- Demonstrate proactive understanding of the broader organizational context and the interconnectedness of roles and activities
- Apply systems thinking principles to enhance performance with a focus on first-time quality
