Requirements
Must:
- Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- Currently hold a certification in good standing for IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) such as DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series
- Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
- Active Counterintelligence Polygraph with the ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
- 5 years of experience as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM) supporting classified programs (preferred)
- 5 years of experience using security relevant tools and applications in support of RMF, including NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS (preferred)
- 5 years of experience assessing and documenting test or analysis data for cybersecurity compliance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of information security programs for assigned systems to align with organizational and enterprise requirements, policies, and guidelines
- Oversee Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, including product development and maintenance for designated systems
- Manage and conduct continuous security compliance monitoring
- Lead and engage in security evaluations and audits
- Prepare, review, and deliver technical reports and presentations
- Identify root causes of security issues, prioritize risks, and recommend or implement corrective actions
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the information security program team
- Research industry practices and advancements to maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding information security best practices
- Develop comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures that span multiple stakeholder organizations
