Senior Embedded Software Architect - Security

- Lead the architecture and design of multicore embedded systems using the Wind River Helix Virtualization Platform (HVP) or comparable type-1 partitioned hypervisors. - Define and validate partition scheduling, resource allocation, and isolation strategies tailored to meet real-time and mixed-criticality requirements. - Oversee performance evaluations, profiling, and manage shared resource contention while defining worst-case execution time approaches. - Architect hybrid systems that integrate safety-certifiable RTOS partitions and containerized Linux applications, recommending practical strategies for embedded contexts. - Implement and automate evaluation workflows, CI pipelines, and test frameworks for continuous performance monitoring and reproducibility. - Produce architecture documentation, design rationale, test plans, benchmarks, and presentations; mentor engineering teams on multicore best practices. - Collaborate with avionics, security, and certification leads, overseeing data-loading workflows and Cross Domain Solution integrations by coordinating with domain specialists. - Recommend tools, lab setups, and vendors to support profiling, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and evidence collection for certification. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies related to multicore processing, real-time systems, Wind River HVP, and container orchestration.
