Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution. - Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region. - Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to work effectively in a team setting. - Background in design/build or test teams is desirable. - Experience in creating, developing, or maintaining engineering processes. - Knowledge of electronic and electrical system designs or tests based on specifications is beneficial. - Expertise in data structures, system design, and architecture is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

- Understand and implement job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. - Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements aligned with customer expectations and contractual obligations. - Create statements of work and technical performance specifications. - Analyze, translate, and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle. - Conduct testing and validation to confirm system designs meet operational and functional specifications. - Address product integration challenges and production discrepancies. - Research emerging technologies to conceptualize future product designs that fulfill anticipated requirements and may support internal business initiatives. - Oversee supplier performance to ensure system integrity and adherence to requirements. - Document moderately complex electronic and electrical system specifications. - Design hardware, software, and interface specifications. - Troubleshoot issues related to fielded hardware and software across the entire product lifecycle.
