Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (focus on Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position
- Over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Proficient in operating electrical testing equipment such as digitizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, low noise amplifiers, signal generators, multimeters, etc.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) preferred
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology preferred
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC analysis and testing preferred
- Experience with MIL-STD-461 lab and/or MIL-STD-464 aircraft qualification testing preferred
- Knowledge of Shielding Effectiveness testing preferred
- Coursework or experience in Radio Frequency (RF) Theory preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out testing procedures, including writing test protocols, collecting data, generating reports, and presenting project statuses
- Provide support for products across their entire lifecycle by collecting project status information and applying project management best practices to oversee multiple projects at different stages of completion
- Collect information to assist with proposals and initiatives for new business development
- Utilize engineering knowledge to continuously enhance processes and tools
- Collaborate under consultative guidance with other senior engineering professionals
