Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree OR 7+ years with a masters degree
- Experience in a Proprietary Program is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile work environments
- Proficient in Cameo or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Mission Systems Open Architecture Standards
- Experience across various phases of the product lifecycle
- Preferred: a final U.S. top secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Establish a testing framework to enhance automation capabilities using contemporary digital tools
- Conduct verification and validation testing of Mission Systems by integrating various hardware and software components
- Assist in testing efforts for component and subsystem teams
- Carry out integration testing for Mission Systems
- Develop and maintain automated testing tools and scripts
- Operate within a laboratory environment to verify interface functionality between Mission Systems hardware/software
- Identify and recommend updates to lab infrastructure for Mission Systems testing
- Investigate technological advancements for potential application in business needs
- Validate system functionality and performance to ensure compliance with operational and functional specifications
- Document any newly identified hardware or software issues and communicate test metrics to stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes for optimization.
