Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects, including budget, schedule, and technical scope
- Strong ability to collaborate and integrate data across multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Affordability Engineering tools and processes such as lifecycle cost analysis and performance trade studies
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the BCA Product Development Affordability Kit Process, ensuring affordability is integrated into decision-making for future products
- Plan and coordinate Affordability Kit activities within the BCA PD trade study process, adapting plans as needed throughout the programs progression
- Facilitate regular communications across supporting functions to guarantee timely kit development
- Present significant producibility and affordability opportunities along with recommendations to BCA PD Engineering leadership
- Gather feedback from partners to enhance the Affordability Kit process and its content
- Report directly to BTI Systems Engineering, while also coordinating with the BCA PD Affordability/Balanced Design team
- Support BCA PD headquarters with periodic travel as required
