Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field - Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship - Over 8 years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Software Development - At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating big data platforms - Minimum of 5 years in creating and deploying scalable data infrastructure, including cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Practice of 3 or more years managing distributed systems on any cloud platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) - At least 3 years of experience configuring Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data ingestion

Responsibilities

- Directs the design, development, testing, and maintenance of cloud-based data solutions through the entire lifecycle, ensuring they meet standards for industry, safety, and regulation - Oversees the review, analysis, and transformation of customer requirements into initial software data product designs - Coordinates the enhancement and optimization of software data products and functionalities for system integrations - Leads the documentation and maintenance of software data product architectures, requirements, and designs - Troubleshoots and resolves identified issues to uphold the reliability and performance of software data products - Researches and implements both current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes pertinent to software development - Establishes, monitors, and refines software data processes, tools, and key performance metrics aligning with organizational objectives and industry standards - Executes and documents software data R&D projects - Provides consultation on software domains, system-specific matters, processes, and regulatory requirements

This position involves leading the design and implementation of AWS Data services and ensuring the integrity of data governance and warehousing processes to enhance our digital analytics capabilities. As part of our team, youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Owners, and Data Team leaders to strengthen our data pipelines and deliver impactful solutions.
