Sapphire Senior SEIT Manager

- Lead and oversee the SEIT organization for the Sapphire program, providing technical guidance, staffing, mentoring, and performance evaluation of SEIT engineers - Manage teams focused on requirements, architecture, and testing to develop, maintain, and implement the SEIT verification and validation strategy, including test plans and readiness verification metrics - Direct a System Requirements team to formulate system-level requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability across various subsystems - Supervise a System Architecture team to align system architecture allocations and verification planning with stakeholders while adhering to program architecture and security requirements - Guide a System Test team in planning and executing integration and system-level testing activities, such as cross-IPT integration and User Acceptance Testing support - Supervise a Configuration and Data Management team to ensure proper configuration and baseline governance - Collaborate with I&I IPT and business partners regarding interface and integration statements of work - Operate and enhance SEIT toolchains for automated testing, requirements quality checks, traceability analysis, and evidence collection - Lead teams in producing and presenting evidence for program milestone reviews and readiness assessments - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, maintaining registers for SEIT risks and issues while escalating them as per program governance - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical decision-making among engineering, program, product, and business stakeholders - Drive ongoing improvements using metrics, lessons learned, and process iterations to enhance quality and minimize rework
