Product Owner - Manufacturing Harness

- Collaborate with Program Management Offices to prioritize deliverable hardware. - Oversee daily team execution and manage upcoming milestones, facilitating all functions from demand entry to delivery. - Manage the projects technical scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the program lifecycle. - Regularly update program planners, schedules, and provide Earned Value Management inputs, including variance analysis and corrective actions. - Create and maintain a historical dataset for cost and schedule projections for program delivery baselines. - Coordinate closely with Production Scheduling to align hardware build schedules with program needs. - Develop a product roadmap in alignment with the companys long-term business goals and collaborate with Engineering to manage technical changes to unit designs. - Act as a recognized technical authority and performance manager for assigned control accounts. - Monitor and update key subsystem Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs). - Identify and resolve issues and risks early to avoid hindering program progress, ensuring design staff can focus on their work. - Manage subsystem Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and collaborate with engineering teams to quickly resolve any outstanding DRs. - Provide status updates on key subsystem deliverables to program management, customers, and other stakeholders.
