Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline or 13 years of relevant experience
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start)
- Minimum of 5 years in Software Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience with C++
- 2 years of experience with autonomy and/or robotics software techniques
- 2 years of real-time software development experience
- 3 years of experience in Agile Software development practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software throughout its lifecycle, adhering to industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards
- Analyze and translate customer requirements into initial software product designs
- Mentor junior engineers during software development
- Develop use cases for software requirements
- Conduct software architecture trade studies and implement changes to satisfy new requirements
- Create interface definitions
- Execute unit and integration testing
- Engage in peer reviews
- Assist with system and flight testing
- Produce software documentation
