Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications directly related to the job description - 4+ years of experience in Applied Analytics and/or Modeling - Demonstrated analytical skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions and recommendations - 2+ years of coding experience in C++, Python, or a mix of both languages - 1+ year of experience in Statistical Process Modeling with knowledge of techniques like mathematical modeling, simulation, and operations research - Preferred experience with Boeing Modeling & Simulation technologies: Alliance, AFNES, AFSIM, ExtendSim, or equivalent - Knowledge in supply chain, logistics, military systems analysis, reliability analysis, and optimization techniques - Familiarity with modeling and prototyping tools such as MATLAB, Mathcad, and similar software - Understanding of computing environments and their operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, MacOS)

Responsibilities

- Utilize simulation applications for scenario analysis to identify root-cause factors, perform trade studies, and provide recommendations to Boeing program management - Analyze complex systems, operations, and logistics to create usable inputs for Alliance solution development - Define simulation modeling requirements in collaboration with clients, ensuring comprehensive solution support - Work with client teams to assess needs and deliver ongoing updates on project progress - Collaborate with Alliance Core developers to introduce new methods based on client needs and future demands - Generate visual representations for both new and existing simulation models - Assist in defining long-term technology requirements and milestones for Alliance Core
