Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to secure a Secret U.S. Security Clearance and Special Access Programs
- 5 years of C++ programming experience
- 3 years of multi-threaded development expertise
- 3 years of experience with Agile Software Development processes
- Active Secret or Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (preferred)
- Real-time software development experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CUDA C/C++ (preferred)
- Basic understanding of GPU architecture (preferred)
- Experience with performance optimization (preferred)
- Ability to integrate MATLAB algorithms into C++ software (preferred)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (preferred)
- Experience in professional software development environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern software development tools (git, Visual Studio, Jira, etc.) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, algorithm creation, development, testing, and integration of IR and mission planning software applications
- Communicate effectively with leads and internal customers throughout the software development process
- Manage multiple parallel tasks in a dynamic team environment consisting of systems and software engineers
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior engineers in software development
- Develop use cases for software requirements
