Manufacturing Product Owner - Millennium Space

- Collaborate with Program Management Offices to prioritize hardware deliverables. - Facilitate team execution and manage daily operations to achieve upcoming milestones from demand entry through delivery. - Oversee the technical project scope, planning, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, and risk assessments throughout the programs lifecycle. - Update planners and schedules, providing inputs for Earned Value Management, including variance analysis and corrective action strategies. - Maintain historical data sets for cost and schedule projections to inform program delivery baselines. - Work closely with Production Scheduling to ensure build schedules meet program requirements. - Develop a product roadmap aligned with the companys long-term business strategies and manage technical changes in unit designs accordingly. - Act as a recognized technical authority for control accounts and performance management. - Monitor and update key Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) for subsystems. - Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure program progress, seeking assistance when necessary. - Manage Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and collaborate with engineering teams to close any open DRs promptly to maintain production workflow. - Report on key subsystem deliverables to program management, customers, and other stakeholders.
