Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 10 years of software engineering experience
- 3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- 3 years of experience in containerized software development
- 3 years of supporting the DevSecOps lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile development practices involving continuous integration and deployment
- 3 years of experience with automation, implementation, and deployment in both Windows and Linux systems
- Active Secret security clearance
- Preferred: Active Top Secret SCI clearance
- Preferred: Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Preferred: 3 years supporting cloud development environments and experience in classified environments
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in relevant fields
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers to design, configure, and sustain a secure software development toolchain across various locations
- Oversee the establishment of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Facilitate collaboration between software development, IT, and security teams on vulnerability management
- Develop and transition the software development environment to a cloud-based framework
- Conduct evaluations and select tools to enhance software development processes and infrastructure
- Implement best practices for platform management, scaling, and monitoring
- Maintain the roadmap for DevSecOps, updating stakeholders on progress
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence
