Lead Model-Based Systems Engineer

- Direct cross-functional engineering teams in the development of one of the Weapon System Segments architectures to fulfill program commitments, including model-based design evaluations - Manage the cross-disciplinary team to establish and uphold the Segments requirements, interfaces, functionalities, and validation criteria - Utilize Systems Engineering and MBSE knowledge to define, implement, and sustain the MBSE methodology aligning with digital engineering standards - Integrate the segments architecture with other Weapon System segments - Collaborate with specialty engineering teams to formulate strategies for evaluating architecture utilizing MBSE techniques - Employ interdisciplinary methods to plan, design, develop, and assess complex system solutions - Create, sustain, and demonstrate traceability among tools in the Digital Engineering Environment - Lead initiatives in adhering to open architecture standards
