Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (focusing on Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or 12 years with a masters degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and program access, requiring U.S. Citizenship
- A final U.S. Secret Clearance is necessary post-start
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in supporting Proprietary Programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, such as Cameo
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, including DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Mission Systems Open Architecture Standards
- Experience in various phases of the product lifecycle
- Preferred: Final U.S. top secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a test infrastructure to enhance automation using cutting-edge digital tools
- Conduct Mission Systems verification and validation tests by integrating hardware and software components
- Assist in testing efforts for component and subsystem teams
- Carry out integration testing for Mission Systems
- Design, update, and utilize automated testing tools and scripts
- Execute lab-based verification of interfaces among multiple Mission Systems hardware and software components
- Identify lab infrastructure enhancements needed for Mission Systems verification testing
- Investigate new technology trends for possible application within the business
- Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure design adherence to operational requirements
- Document newly identified hardware or software anomalies and report testing metrics to stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and refine engineering processes for improvement
