Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications directly related to the job
- 14+ years of relevant work experience along with a bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education
Responsibilities
- Directs collaboration with clients to establish and document system requirements for intricate, multi-tier projects
- Oversees the conversion and interpretation of complex requirements into system architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications
- Leads the testing and validation of intricate system designs to ensure operational and functional needs are satisfied
- Collaborates with team members to formulate program testing strategies
- Manages the performance of key suppliers to guarantee system integration and compliance with specifications
- Conducts independent program reviews and communicates findings to program management
- Provides essential support for deployed hardware and software throughout their product lifespan
- Conducts research on technological advancements for possible application in our business
- Makes informed suggestions for technology investments
- Acknowledged as an expert within the business unit for process development and qualification, integration, and resolution of supplier technical challenges.
