Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science from an accredited institution.
- Level 4: Minimum of 9 years relevant experience with a bachelors degree OR 7 years relevant experience with a masters degree OR 3 years relevant experience with a PhD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities across a diverse team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to manage hardware-software integration initiatives in a dynamic Agile setting.
- Engage with USAF clients and aircrew to develop and articulate complex electronic and electrical system specifications for avionics components.
- Analyze customer requests for technical and contractual implications and convert these into actionable system requirements.
- Facilitate and oversee lab testing to ensure system designs fulfill operational and functional criteria.
- Assist in flight test events by reviewing data and addressing issues.
- Aid in solving integration challenges related to production ramp and operational hardware systems.
- Maintain communication among various teams and across multiple engineering disciplines and program leadership.
