Requirements

Must:
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP) - 1 year of experience in Ada, C++, Python, or C# - 1 year of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems - Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science (preferred) - 2 years of experience in real-time and embedded software development (preferred) - Familiarity with AGILE development, Git, unit testing, and software integration testing (preferred) - Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking concepts, and containerization technologies (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, architecting, and developing simulation models and virtual environments to enhance software and hardware performance - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify simulation needs and system dynamics - Support the design, testing, and analysis for overall system optimization - Participate in data collection and processing for simulation use - Help in validating and verifying simulation code and documentation - Document and maintain technical details related to simulation models - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation software with hardware systems - Implement emerging technologies within the simulation engineering environment - Aid in updating and modernizing legacy simulation software - Support project management for simulation software initiatives

This position is primarily onsite, requiring the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
