Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in real-time embedded software development
- At least 3 years experience applying Object-Oriented programming principles
- A proven track record of working collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Active U.S. Secret clearance (preferred)
- Familiarity with Ada, Python, or C# (preferred)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (preferred)
- Proficiency in using Git or a similar version control system (preferred)
- Experience in developing and tracing software requirements (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse engineering team to design and implement Operational Flight Program software solutions
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile environment
- Create solutions using programming languages such as Ada, C#, and Python
- Test software and assist in system-level testing to ensure proper functionality
- Analyze and troubleshoot software defects and problem reports
- Cultivate leadership skills and experience
- Work directly with U.S. Air Force and Navy customers
