Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program
- Currently live in or willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri area
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry (preferred)
- Proficient communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a collaborative team approach (preferred)
- Familiarity with design/build or testing teams (preferred)
- Experience creating and maintaining engineering processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of electronic/electrical system designs or testing according to requirements (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Utilize job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts in daily tasks
- Support the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements tailored to customer and contract specifications
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to established requirements
- Analyze and translate customer demands into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop or adapt fundamental hardware and software designs based on outlined requirements
- Conduct system tests to confirm operational and functional specifications
- Assist in troubleshooting product integration challenges and production discrepancies
- Explore foundational technologies for possible internal business applications
- Address and resolve issues related to fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle
