Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an electrical engineering role
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic design and analysis
- Experience in supplier management and manufacturing support
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for suppliers and regularly engage with the supply chain to assess supplier performance
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and colleagues; offer technical insights for electrical equipment across Integrated Product Teams
- Present program status, risks, opportunities, and needed assistance to customers and leadership
- Develop and review electrical designs for systems and subsystems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and component selection
- Conduct electrical analysis and calculations (power distribution, signal integrity, grounding, load flow, etc.)
- Create and review technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, statements of work, and Bills of Materials
- Assist with prototype and production assemblies, integration, and lab testing; document and evaluate test protocols and outcomes
- Ensure configuration control of electrical design documents and assist with change management processes
- Contribute to initiatives focused on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and reliability enhancements
- Help develop customer proposals, including crafting competitive pricing and timelines

The successful candidate will work on a multifunction radar system used in military and commercial applications, engaging closely with various stakeholders to oversee the lifecycle of our products.
