Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 4 years of directly related work experience or 8 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in DevSecOps, Site Reliability, or related IT projects
- Proficient in various software development languages, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, Gitlab, etc.)
- Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and Container-Based Development (Kubernetes, AWS)
- Familiarity with security certifications is preferred
Responsibilities
- Install and configure an integrated software engineering environment based on the DevSecOps framework
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes, tools, methodologies, and performance metrics to enhance the software engineering lifecycle
- Support automation, development, monitoring, and troubleshooting across various software development and security control processes
- Provide technical support for program compliance with Application Security, IT, and customer security standards
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to create secure and scalable software engineering systems
- Implement modern technologies, tools, and frameworks within the DevSecOps environment
- Manage software dependencies, including evaluation, acquisition, and maintenance for developer tools
- Assist software teams with server upgrades, database support, and virtual environment setups
- Support operating system and infrastructure hardening as required
