Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications directly related to the work
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Strong analytical skills for translating requirements into system, hardware, and software designs
- Knowledge of testing and validating system designs against operational and functional criteria
- Familiarity with integration of hardware and software in lab and field testing environments
- Ability to research and apply specific technology advancements to business needs
Responsibilities
- Analyze and convert requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications
- Test and validate systems to ensure compliance with operational and functional requirements
- Address integration issues of hardware and software identified through simulations and testing
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team in an agile setting to drive project goals
- Contribute to the development and analysis of innovative engineering solutions for Ground System capabilities
- Develop prioritized mission systems digital threads for ground systems from design to final delivery
