Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications
- For Level 3: 5+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelors degree or a combination of relevant experience and education
- For Level 4: 9+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelors degree or a combination of relevant experience and education
- Experience in electrical engineering
- Background in avionics, electrical, or mission systems roles is preferred
- Experience in developing or integrating avionics or mission systems
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development and JIRA
- Project management experience using standard tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
- Analyze and convert requirements into system, hardware, and software designs along with interface specifications
- Conduct tests and validations to ensure system designs align with operational and functional requirements
- Oversee supplier performance to ensure system integration and adherence to requirements
- Address issues related to fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle
- Investigate specific technological advancements for potential applications in our business needs
