Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of experience with GIS tools and geospatial concepts
- Over 2 years of experience with visual database creation tools and concepts
- Over 2 years of experience with 3D modeling software and concepts
- At least 1 year of experience with photo-editing and texturing tools and concepts
Responsibilities
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to adjust and refine data to meet project standards, which includes the creation of airfield models.
- Create terrain mesh utilizing satellite imagery and elevation data.
- Design and texture 3D environments and assets, including terrain, props, building exteriors, and vehicles.
- Work in close collaboration with engineering teams to define requirements and expectations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within models and visual databases, addressing problems related to normals, textures, UV maps, edge flow, rendering defects, and other 3D model concerns.
- Assist the team in developing and documenting processes, tools, and procedures.
- Perform tasks with general supervision.
