Requirements
Must:
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the past 5 years or currently enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program
- Currently maintain a valid certification for IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity policy and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation, including DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series
- Capability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs
- Active Counterintelligence Polygraph with ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
- Preferred: 5 years of experience as an ISSO or ISSM in classified programs
- Preferred: 5 years utilizing security tools and applications relevant to RMF, including NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, and HBSS
- Preferred: 5 years assessing and documenting cybersecurity compliance analysis data
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of information security protocols for assigned systems to meet program and enterprise standards
- Oversee the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, including product development and maintenance for designated systems
- Manage and perform continuous security compliance monitoring
- Conduct and participate in security audits and assessments
- Prepare, review, and deliver technical reports and presentations
- Identify underlying issues, prioritize threats, and suggest/implement corrective measures
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to the information security program team
- Research industry trends and advancements to enhance information security best practices
- Develop organization-wide information security policies, standards, and procedures that may involve multiple stakeholder entities
