Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related non-US equivalent qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience or a combination of technical education and experience
Responsibilities
- Create software specifications and designs for a Vehicle Management System (VMS)
- Utilize model-based system engineering methods to develop and verify system requirements
- Analyze requirements to create and test mathematical models
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions for various capabilities, including airplane subsystems, signal processing, redundancy management, system monitoring, and controls
- Manage and synchronize requirements across different engineering disciplines
- Validate and verify software against specified requirements in both virtual and hardware testing environments
- Perform analysis to support the certification process of a Vehicle Management System
