Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited field such as engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Over 3 years of experience in systems engineering, encompassing requirements definition, allocation, verification, and architecture design
- More than 3 years of experience in cultivating relationships with stakeholders and customers
- At least 3 years of experience in leading projects or teams
- Experience with Agile development (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by influence (preferred)
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) (preferred)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans
- Establish, document, and validate requirements
- Develop project timelines and assess performance
- Organize work items for the software team
- Ensure successful integration of GVHMS system components to meet customer needs
- Regularly interact with customers for coordination
- Document team objectives and status, create meeting agendas, and prepare presentations
- Evaluate compliance with processes and actively pursue enhancements
