Requirements
Must:
- Completion of a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) or enrollment in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing or leading classified program teams
- At least 5 years of expertise in cybersecurity policies and implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- A minimum of 5 years working on strategic problem-solving and communicating with senior management
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and collaborative problem-solving
- Proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and ensure accuracy in work
- Experience in team building and employee development
Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote Boeing Values and Behaviors
- Ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) for classified data at various levels
- Provide guidance and oversight for implementing mandated information security protections
- Maintain adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines such as NISPOM and NIST publications
- Cultivate a culture of security awareness and encourage proactive reporting
- Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats by adopting innovative technologies
- Collaborate with senior U.S. Government Authorizing Officials across various DoD organizations

This leadership role, based in El Segundo, CA; Saint Charles, MO; Huntsville, AL; or Arlington, VA, will oversee our Classified Cybersecurity portfolio within the SI&WS division.
