Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution
- Over 14 years of relevant work experience or a combination of technical education and experience
- Leadership experience in engineering roles, formally or informally
Responsibilities
- Employ an interdisciplinary, collaborative method to lead planning, design, development, and verification of complex system solutions
- Direct teams in assessing customer needs to establish system performance requirements and ensure compatibility of all interfaces
- Conduct analyses to optimize architecture for systems and system of systems
- Perform analyses focusing on affordability, safety, reliability, and other quality factors to support mission success
- Oversee and enhance planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes and risk management strategies
