Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (must have been active in the last 24 months)
- U.S. Citizenship
- In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering best practices, including requirements management, architecture development, functional allocation, verification, and validation
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration across teams
- Proficiency in SysML modeling
- Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelors degree) and 14+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g., PhD + 9 years or Masters + 12 years of related work experience)
- Experience in software systems engineering and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (desired)
- Previous experience working in Agile teams (desired)
- Hands-on experience with Cameo or Catia Magic Systems of Systems Architect tools (desired)
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain system architectures, requirements, interface specifications, and system testing as part of our agile teams
- Lead Systems Engineering activities to facilitate successful integration and testing of hardware and software for mission-critical systems
- Develop and articulate system architectures that align with program requirements
- Analyze requirements to support system design, hardware/software integration, and testing
- Collaborate effectively with cross-contractor teams to guarantee system performance and compliance
- Prepare system documentation and engage in technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR)
- Assist in planning tests and conducting risk assessments
- Work closely with the software development team to implement rigorous systems engineering practices utilizing SysML and Cameo/MSOSA modeling
- Maintain a daily presence in a SCIF environment with an Agile workflow
