Senior Product Security Engineer

- Establish and enhance the mission, scope, and operational framework of the Product Security Engineering Peer Assisted Learning Lab (PSE PAL Lab) in line with enterprise-wide product security and resiliency goals - Develop and implement a sustainable growth strategy for the PSE PAL Lab, ensuring alignment with Business Units, engineering leadership, and workforce development initiatives - Design, create, and continuously refine peer-led learning experiences, curricula, and lab protocols that enhance Product Security Engineering proficiency throughout the engineering lifecycle - Lead, facilitate, or delegate valuable learning labs, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions that empower engineers to tackle real-world product security challenges - Act as a trusted technical consultant to engineering teams and program leaders, offering advice on product security risks, mitigations, compliance issues, and secure design practices - Ensure that learning labs and problem-solving meetings are conducted with thorough documentation, clearly outlining objectives, constraints, proposed solutions, and follow-up actions while maintaining proper handling of sensitive information - Identify, assess, and test emerging product security engineering approaches, tools, and scalable practices, utilizing insights from lab activities to inform enterprise strategies and enhance Boeings security stance
