Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution
- Experience in Mission Systems development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) requirements, behaviors, and interfaces with necessary traceability
- Create solutions that align with Open Mission Systems Architecture requirements
- Plan and manage tasks in accordance with agile development methodologies
- Provide guidance and oversight as the Technical Lead Engineer for assigned engineers
- Collaborate with customers to ensure their needs and commitments are met
- Present to both internal and external stakeholders with appropriate detail for the audience
- Conduct analyses aimed at enhancing architecture or requirements definitions
- Facilitate cross-Boeing program mission systems interchanges for optimal leverage and reuse
