Senior Information System Security Manager

- Conduct security assessments of operational and development environments, identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and interface compliance with industry and government standards - Lead and execute Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) for both new and existing information systems - Facilitate the creation of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Risk Acceptance Letters (RAL), and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON) - Oversee configuration management for assigned systems, ensuring the integrity of security posture through audits - Collaborate with Information Technology, Program Engineering, and Management to address security needs - Perform risk assessments, conduct investigations, implement risk mitigations, and manage incident response activities - Carry out regular hardware/software inventory audits - Represent the organization in advanced projects and initiatives - Provide advisory support to management and clients on complex technical research - Work with government customers, suppliers, and internal personnel to establish protective measures and ensure adherence to cybersecurity mandates
