Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Integrated Project Management utilizing various tools and metrics (e.g., earned value, schedule metrics, technical performance metrics, risk and opportunity tools).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or office administration.
- A proven track record of establishing, enhancing, and maintaining functional discipline for quality performance, on-time delivery, and productivity improvements for 5 years or more.
- More than 5 years of experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across various functions.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., manager, project manager, team lead).
Responsibilities
- Develop organizational standards for implementation across all Workplace Solutions (WS) projects.
- Oversee milestones and tasks for all WS PMO initiatives.
- Craft stakeholder communications for the WS Leadership Team.
- Ensure clear and concise project summaries and status updates are accessible to WS leaders.
- Identify and implement process enhancements throughout WS activities.
- Create and manage comprehensive enterprise-wide project plans, integrating schedules across multiple teams to oversee scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and timelines for WS projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business units, IT teams, system integrators, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of solutions throughout all project phases (e.g., M365 initiatives).
- Build and continuously improve knowledge on core processes following industry best practices and facilitate their rollout to product owners for comprehensive adoption.
- Ensure scalable solutions that are flexible for future enhancements and easy to upgrade, minimizing customizations while aligning with product roadmaps.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, collect feedback, and address challenges or concerns.
- Share insights and best practices with project teams to improve overall execution and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee that project deliverables conform to defined standards and requirements.
- Create and execute change management plans including training to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and monitor progress against set goals.
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends and areas needing improvement, making recommendations for current and future projects.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance capabilities and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and workflows.
