SAP PP Production Control Scheduling Lead

- Facilitate workshops and contribute to process solution development - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), architects, developers, and vendor consultants to analyze current processes and propose enhancements - Identify, propose, and execute complex configuration solutions to fulfill business requirements - Create and update relevant documentation such as Business Process Designs (BPDs), process flows, and Functional Design Specifications (FDS) - Convert functional specifications into application design documents - Work with the development team to verify new functionalities and enhancements - Develop test plans and scripts; conduct unit and integration tests - Suggest and advocate for SAP standardized best practices and solutions adhering to clean core guidelines - Engage in project delivery during testing phases and lead root cause analysis to resolve issues - Utilize Signavio process modeling, JIRA, and Tricentis Tosca for testing - Independently manage development of objects while collaborating with team members - Engage with SAP project systems - Understand and apply the SAP Activate methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Contribute to the overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodology
